Welcome to FCR

FCR (Family Case Registry) is the case management system your agency uses to run its DCS-contracted work end to end — from the day a referral arrives to the day you bill for the services you delivered.

If you've worked in Case Management PRO before, FCR is its replacement. The work is the same; the tool is built specifically for Indiana DCS service providers.

What FCR is for

Your agency receives referrals from DCS, delivers services to families, documents that work, and bills DCS through KidTraks. FCR is the single place where all of that happens:

  • Families and referrals — the people you serve and the DCS authorizations to serve them.
  • Clinical documentation — every note, assessment, plan, and report, organized by where it falls in the work.
  • Scheduling — the sessions you have coming up.
  • Supervision — review and approval of clinical work, plus clinical supervision sessions.
  • Billing — turning approved, delivered services into KidTraks-ready exports.

The clinical lifecycle

FCR organizes documentation around the same five phases you already work through on every case:

  1. Intake — establishing the family and the referral.
  2. Assessment — standardized instruments and evaluations.
  3. Planning — treatment plans, safety plans, and reviews.
  4. Intervention — progress notes, visitation notes, group notes, monthly reports, and crisis documentation.
  5. Closure — discharge and recap.

These aren't steps you finish and leave behind. On a real caseload, you're in several phases at once across different families — and FCR is built to reflect that.

Your agency's own space

Every agency works inside its own private FCR address — youragency.myfcr.org — and only ever sees its own families, referrals, and staff. Your work is sealed off from every other agency on the platform.
